Agriculture Extension
Agriculture Extension
The Agriculture Extension Program (AEP) is the oldest section of the American Samoa Community College - Agriculture, Community and Natural Resources (ACNR) Division. From the beginning, there has been a major effort to teach improved home gardening with vegetables and traditional crops and increase farm production through practical, how-to solutions based on research for new and experienced farmers in American Samoa. This effort continues through demonstrations at the ACNR Research Station in Malaeimi and other sites throughout the territory.
